At Be Daring, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 12-month warranty on all products, with a 24-month warranty for VIP Loyalty Members on rechargeable toys.

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’re here to help if you experience a faulty product. Depending on the issue, we may repair, replace, or refund your item.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate products unless there’s a manufacturing defect. However, you can exchange lingerie and footwear within 30 days, as long as they’re in brand-new condition with original packaging.

Be Daring Warranty

12-Month Warranty

Be Daring offers a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects on all products. This excludes fair wear and tear or faults unrelated to manufacturing, such as misuse.

Hismith Fucking Machines

Hismith Fucking Machines will be repaired unless there is an immediate or exceptional fault. Any faulty components will be replaced with new ones.

24-Month Warranty

VIP Loyalty Rewards Members receive a 24-month warranty on rechargeable toys from the date of purchase, provided they were a member at the time of purchase.

Proof of Purchase

A proof of purchase (receipt) is required as evidence of purchase date and location. VIP Rewards Members have access to their receipts upon request.

Rights Under Law

This warranty does not exclude, limit, or affect any statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure.
Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
A repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Inspection

Be Daring reserves the right to have any returned item inspected by management to determine the nature of the fault before offering a resolution.

Note: Due to health & safety requirements, returned intimate products will NOT be inspected by counter staff. Returned sex toys MUST be held over for sanitizing and inspection by management not working the sales counter to avoid any possible contamination. We appreciate your understanding.
