Returns Be Daring Warranty
12month Warranty
Be Daring offers a 12month warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing fault or defect on all products. This warranty excludes ‘fair wear and tear,’ and other faults not associated with the manufacture such as misuse.
Under the terms of this warranty, customers returning items deemed as faulty will be offered repair, exchange or refund. Refunded items purchased using Rewards Points will have the equivalent purchase value of the points returned to their member account and remaining balance refunded by way of original payment method.
In the event we replace the item, we will dispatch the replacement within 2 working days of receipt of the faulty item at our warehouse.
Be Daring reserves the right to repair items under certain circumstances, e.g. a higher priced item, returned after purchase with user wear and tear and/or items with a minor repairable fault.
Hismith Fucking Machines
Except in circumstances of immediate or exceptional fault, Hismith Fucking Machines will be repaired. Any faulty components on the Fucking Machines will be replaced with a new component.
24month Warranty
Be Daring offers VIP Loyalty Rewards Members a 24month warranty on ‘rechargeable toys’ from date of purchase. This warranty is only valid if the customer was a member at the time of purchase.
Proof of Purchase
A ‘proof of purchase’ (receipt) is required as evidence of purchase date and location. VIP Rewards Members have access to their receipts upon request.
Rights under law
This warranty does not exclude, limit, or affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Inspection
Be Daring reserves the right to have any returned item inspected by management to determine the nature of the fault before offering a resolution. Due to health & safety requirements, returned ‘intimate products’ will NOT be inspected by counter staff. Returned sex toys MUST be held over for sanitising and inspection by management not working the sales counter to avoid any possible contamination. We appreciate your understanding.

Due to health & safety requirements, Be Daring does not refund or exchange intimate or lifestyle items, excluding lingerie and footwear for incorrect choice. We would never put a returned intimate item back into stock, even if returned in original packaging.
Be Daring Lingerie and Footwear (shoes and boots) 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return garments and/or footwear due to incorrect choice up to 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange, credit or refund. Any garments or footwear returned MUST be in ‘as new condition’ with original packaging in good condition, accompanied by a receipt as ‘proof of purchase’. Exchanged hosiery & bodysuits MUST be unopened. VIP purchase records are held by Be Daring. Garments may not be returned once the hygiene slip has been removed.
NZ differs due to time delays in receipt:
You may return garments and/or footwear due to incorrect choice up to 30 days from the date of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund. (purchase changed to receipt for NZ)

Can I Exchange or Return Items for incorrect choice?
Please choose carefully before you purchase. Be Daring does not exchange any items other than lingerie and footwear for incorrect choice. This is due to obvious health and hygiene considerations. We would never put a returned intimate item back into stock (even if returned in original packaging) and you would not want to purchase someone else's return.
Can I Return or Exchange Faulty Items?
Quality Control is as important to us as it is to you. An experienced team of buyers with decades of experience between them are responsible for the selection of the Be Daring range from over 70 suppliers in Australia, Asia, Europe & the USA. Many of the products are personally tested by our team, and poor performers are quickly identified and cut from our range. That said even the best toys are subject to some failure rates. If you suffer a failure, all products are covered by a 12month Warranty
Important Information About Returns
Before Returning Your Adult Toy
Before returning your faulty adult toy, we recommend that you check the following list of simple checks. For example, many toys returned simply have flat batteries, the batteries are in the wrong way or lids have not been correctly closed.
Some Simple Tests
1. Ensure that you are using the correct batteries. AA and AAA batteries do look similar.
2. Ensure that the batteries are inserted the correct way. Most toys have + / - indicators. In some toys all batteries are inserted with the terminals facing the same way e.g. ++, while other toys have the batteries in alternate directions e.g. + -.
3. Ensure that your batteries are charged. If you do not have a battery tester, try brand new batteries.
4. Ensure that your battery connections are dry and have not been exposed to moisture.
5. Ensure that the lid is closed firmly. Some lids shut with a “click” to lock them in place.
6. Read the toys instructions if supplied. Some new toys come with a locking sequence such that 2 buttons must be held down to unlock before power will come on.
If all these measures fail and the item is still within its warranty terms it may be returned for replacement or refund.
Return Post Refunded
Further to our Warranties we will e-Parcel the replacement free of delivery charge to you and if the item proves to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will also refund your reasonable return delivery fee so that you incur no costs to return.

Cost of delivery for returns
As per our warranty policies above in circumstances where the item returned is faulty, return delivery to you is free. In circumstances when Lingerie or Footwear is returned for exchange due to incorrect choice, then a $10 delivery fee will be charged.
